T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish Language Extender (LEng) is designed for Turkish support for Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile 5.0 and Windows Mobile 6 (T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish localization). Language Extender package includes drivers of Turkish T-Mobile MDA compact II on-screen keyboard and Turkish regional settings. As optional feature, it provides translation of T-Mobile MDA compact II interface to Turkish language
T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish Language Extender (LEng) is available in two versions: "Full" and "Lite".
- "Full" version of localization provides translation of Windows Mobile interface to Turkish (icons, menus and dialogs of T-Mobile MDA compact II interface and built-in Pocket PC applications will be translated).
- "Lite" version includes on-screen keyboard layout for Turkish letters input, Turkish regional settings, word autocomplete function, etc. Lite version of Turkish language support does not translate T-Mobile MDA compact II interface (menus and dialogs remain in English).
With T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish support you can input information in Turkish language in any application on your T-Mobile MDA compact II, edit it, save, transfer to other Pocket PC's or desktop computers and print documents including texts in Turkish language.
T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish support features:
- Full T-Mobile MDA compact II interface Turkish translation (all icons, menus, dialogs of T-Mobile MDA compact II interface and built-in T-Mobile MDA compact II applications will be translated);
- On-screen keyboard layout for Turkish letters input. You can use different Turkish layouts;
- Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard or T-Mobile MDA compact II external keyboard (available in Windows Mobile Second Edition, Windows Mobile 5.0 and Windows Mobile 6 versions only);
- Availability to adjust appearance of the on-screen keyboard layouts (3D-look, color keys, font of keys);
- Special module for external T-Mobile MDA compact II keyboard that allows using portable keyboards to type in Turkish with different Turkish layouts;
- Turkish format of date and time (T-Mobile MDA compact II Turkish regional settings);
- Correct synchronization operations of T-Mobile MDA compact II applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications);
- Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) to write Turkish symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on T-Mobile MDA compact II), availability to adjust it in your own way;
- Correct print operation for documents in Turkish.
